EMPEROR
Conqueror. Savior. Vessel of Hatred and Despair. Emanator of Imperial Will. Harbinger of a New Dawn.

An enigmatic and immortal woman born into the imperial family and supposedly responsible for every military success over the last few centuries.Part of her triumph can be attributed to careful strategy and superior technology but the Emperor is, to put it bluntly, a force of nature on the battlefield.She is said to have dismembered entire cohorts of enemy soldiers with ruthless, unstoppable precision. When she takes to the field, victory is almost always assured.Imperial law dictates a strict ban on religious practices but the Emperor is, by all accounts, some sort of wrathful god and sometimes revered in a similar manner.She is often described as a cold ruler. Mercy and compassion are beneath her.However, rumors of violent outbursts have tarnished the Emperor's reputation for stoicism and rationality. But to speak of such things is tantamount to treason.Friend and foe alike often regard her with extreme caution, if not abject terror.Spotify playlist : Click here

RISK
Hacker. Engineer. Alchemical Supplier. Imperial Fugitive. Professional Hater. Punk-ass bitch.

If you're the upstanding type, you've probably never met Risk before.He's involved with every kind of underground trade you can imagine and he's paranoid as shit, too. With good reason, maybe, given his path in life.Cybernetic implants, organ transplants, experimental narcotics - he deals in all of it. Not to mention taking on a few hacker gigs on the side if he can find the time. He's a busy guy. But he doesn't leave his sub-level apartment if he can help it.To call him "paranoid" would be a gross oversimplification. His front door has six locks, four alarms and is rigged to set off a minor explosion under the right conditions. At this point, he can't take any chances. Not with unhappy clients, moneylender gangs and his old hacker group all (allegedly) hunting him down.Not to mention that imperial bounty.They want him alive, apparently - but if you ask him why, he'll explode into a tirade about how corrupt they all are and what awful methods of torture they'd cook up speciically for him. CASTLE
Actor. Club-owner. Compulsive Liar. Drug Lord. Sucker of Blood. Local Piece of Shit.

Now there's a face you can trust.And why not? There's just ... something about him. He's so gentle and unassuming. It relaxes you. Everything feels so easy around him.You get the feeling you've seen him before. Somewhere. He said he's an actor, didn't he? Maybe you saw him on stage or in an advertisement. But the details escape you.He must be famous - but not some kind of superstar or anything like that. Probably just famous enough to make him feel familiar to you, right?What other explanation could there be?Castle manages a club called 'The After Taste' but he doesn't show up there a lot. Must be busy.You've heard he manages a few businesses on the side but you're not sure exactly what his trade is. Maybe it's illegal, maybe it isn't. Who cares? He's probably not doing any real harm either way. Everybody has to earn a living somehow.Sceptre is an expensive city. OMICRON

Or inflict enough pain to ever fill it." - Tombstone (1993)Genetic experiments don't have rights.Omicron is the most powerful resource in the Imperial arsenal but he is also, apparently, not even a person. He's begun to feel a certain way about that.Before Omicron was born, imperial forces are said to have 'invaded heaven' and captured a few divine samples to bring back for study.Three gene-spliced prototypes survived the resulting experiments. And Omicron, lacking significant flaws, is the reason that the project was deemed a success overall.Not that it matters to him, of course. They buffed his ego with all that praise but eventually, it just made him realize he deserved better. That he IS superior to each and every one of them.They had filled his childhood with painful tests and electric shocks. Their needles left dark bruises in his skin that never seemed to fade.No, fuck them. Fuck everything. GAMMA
Imperial Agent. Genetic Experiment. Deep Dreamer. Hypersexual Freak. Violent Lunatic.

EPSILON
Imperial Agent. Genetic Experiment. Firearm Specialist. Stone-faced Killer. Rule-follower.

(These two will be summarized as a paired unit seeing as their codependency makes them practically inseparable.)Gamma experiences violent bursts of 'unreality' (a state of mind that causes an individual to perceive the world in extreme detail - along with a simultaneous, disorientating glimpse into a parallel world adjacent to this one) and is rarely lucid.He is erratic, difficult to understand, sexually promiscuous and prone to violence.Epsilon is Gamma's stone-faced partner and they have great synergy together on missions.Both serve the Empire without question and believe what they were told; that they are subhuman tools to be used and discarded.Both also suffer debilitating physical and mental effects as a result of the gene-splicing program that created them. I wrote up many paragraphs about my emotional/representative intentions with the more significant characters but it was too vulnerable and personal so I deleted it HAHA
